Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made with The Shooting Range Ltd.

1. Customer Cancellations

If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours before your scheduled activity, you may choose either:

Customers who fail to attend their booking without prior notice will not be entitled to a refund, credit, or reschedule.

Participants should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled session.

Late arrival may result in reduced activity time or refusal of participation if the session has already commenced.

No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.

For group bookings:

Deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Final participant numbers should be confirmed at least 72 hours before the booking.
Reductions in participant numbers within 72 hours of the booking are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
